Financially and also in terms of marketing, branding, and communication, online customer satisfaction surveys pay for themselves. Companies that fail to leverage the power of online survey technology often pay a price that can be catastrophic. For example, launching an expensive branding campaign or marketing a product to appeal to a particular customer demo can reap huge rewards.
