This giant of the commercial foods industry had a problem. With nearly 300 different products, their customers could easily become confused when ordering. Our solution is a new user experience design focused on search.
Users simply start typing what they’re looking for, and our suggestive search technology recommends products on the fly. Or they use the advanced search, checking off all the attributes important to them—Category, Coating, Prep Method, Prep State and Special Features.
There’s also a dedicated quick list of Pierce’s main categories, a Business Category list, and Chickenopolis, a fun interactive cartoon environment users can explore and discover all the unique products Pierce Chicken has to offer.
