Longtime Boost client, the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (We also created their website) approached us with a challenge: get out a message contradictory to the prevailing opinions in the mainstream media. The housing market is not what it used to be, no doubt about that, but the Indiana market is very different, and in much better shape than markets hit hardest by the burst housing bubble.
The solution is Indiana Is Home, an online multi-media project aimed at keeping Hoosiers up-to-date and well-informed on the whirlwind of recent changes to local real estate markets. Using the Indiana Real Estate Market Report as a guide, Indiana Is Home looks behind the numbers—How can tax credit be used? Will loan rates go up or down? How does Indiana’s current market stack up against other states, and long-term historical data?
These questions and more are answered in “webisodes” starring Indianapolis native and well-known media professional Pat Carlini, and “reportisodes,” animated shorts staring the report itself.
